You will be prompted for this code during the check out process. Your credit card company to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card creates the code. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Dream Mullick policy is to ship in-stock product paid by Credit Card or Money Order within 2 business days. Standard Delivery is 7-10 business days. For Rush and Express Delivery please see the Shipping Chart. For Check orders, please allow and additional 14 days. Dream Mullick ships what is in stock and sends the remainder of the order when our next shipment is received. In the event that any of your items are on back order, we do not charge any extra shipping charges.

The above shipping charges are for orders that consist entirely of jewelry. All jewelry orders over $500 are shipped for free. Please note that the shipping rates apply if all product is shipping to a single address. If shipping to two or more addresses, shipping rates apply to each address.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 45 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Call our customer service number at 1.800.888.2352 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receipt of the RMA number, send the packaged product, Insured via USPS along with the packing slip provided (a return label is provided at the bottom of your packing slip). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.

As a courtesy, we offer FREE shipping on ring size exchanges only. Please send the appropriate payment to cover all other shipping & handling charges when exchanging product.

Any returned products received after 45 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be accepted for exchange credit only.

Dream Mullick products are handcrafted, unique items and are therefore available in limited quantities. Orders for any item that is out-of-stock may take longer to fill. Typically back order items are sent within 6-8 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience due to possible product inavailability.

We are concerned about the waste involved in mailing duplicate copies of our catalog and mailing catalogs to those who would rather not receive them.
